ACCESS TO JUSTICE VN THE MODERN NIGERIAN FAMILY: PROBLEMS AND THE WAY FORWARD

Abstract

The term Justice is every day phenomenon in man’s like. It is as old a man and even has biblical inclination, otherwise1 why heaven and half not to ensure justice. This work therefore has tried to look at justice in the Modern Nigerian Family, paying particular attention to access to justice, problems that inhibit access to justice and the way toward.
