This paper explores the concept of digital transformation for digital law practice in Nigeria, examining the unique challenges and opportunities presented by this process. It discusses the key drivers and benefits of digital transformation in the Nigerian legal context, including increased efficiency, improved client experiences, and enhanced competitiveness. The paper also highlights the specific challenges and risks associated with implementing digital transformation in Nigeria, such as limited technological infrastructure and resistance to change. Ultimately, this paper argues that embracing digital transformation is essential for Nigerian law firms to remain competitive and meet the evolving needs of clients in a rapidly changing technological landscape.
