The article identifies implementation gaps, bureaucratic hurdles, and inconsistencies, proposing reforms to streamline procedures, enhance data protection, and align with international best practices. It underscores the need for clarity, guidance, and effective adjudication mechanisms to facilitate foreign investment, promote economic growth, and ensure a conducive business environment.
