Abstract


This paper assesses the viewpoint that the practice of Nigerian courts in relation to the enforcement of arbitralawards against state-owned entities in Nigeria are skewed in favour of state-owned entities, using the NigerianNational Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) as a case study.
