LE STYLE ET LA TECHNIQUE DE NARRATION D’AMINATA SOWFALL DANS DOUCEURS DU BERCAIL

Abstract


A lot of literary critics have worked on the works of Aminata Sow Fall. A lot of them have worked on Douceurs du Bercail. Aminata Sow Fall is a Senegalese writer who as a sociocritic, occupies a priviledged place in African Literature of French expression. Hence, Douceurs du Bercail, for her, serves as an instrument of critiquing racism, oppression and the violation of human rights. The writer works in a conscious manner which makes her work artistic. It is worthy to note that her style distinguishes her works from others. Sow Fall chooses her language in a conscious and systematic manner in order to pass her message. In this study, we are going to examine the style that the author used in Douceurs du Bercail and highlight the different stylistic norms employed by Aminata Sow Fall in Douceurs du Bercail.
